No. There is no hourly rate. GM Junk Removal charges by the volume the items take up in the truck, so a tight stairway or a long carry from the back of the property does not run a meter against you. You are paying for what leaves, not for how long it takes to get it out.

If it is in a house, garage, yard or job site and it is not hazardous material, it is almost certainly something the crew can load.

A single item is a normal job. One sofa, one appliance, one mattress or one piece of exercise equipment is worth a truck coming out, and it is priced the same way everything else is, by the space it takes up rather than by a minimum you have to fill.

Yes. On a shed, deck, fence, hot tub or interior tear-out, the debris leaves with the crew. The tear-out and the haul-away are one job and one price, so you are not left with a pile in the driveway and a second call to make.

No. Items can stay where they are, upstairs, downstairs or against the back wall of the garage. Nothing needs staging. Moving things toward the door first does not lower the price and it does put your back into a job you are paying to avoid. The only thing worth setting aside is anything hazardous, which cannot go on the truck.

We carry it out. That is the point of hiring a crew instead of renting a container. Basement furniture, attic boxes, a treadmill on the second floor, appliances that need disconnecting first, all of it comes out with us. We protect floors and doorframes on the way. If you would rather stage everything at the curb yourself, we do curbside pickups too, and that usually costs less because it takes less time.
