How Pricing Works

You See the Price Before Anything Moves

GM Junk Removal prices by how much room the load takes in the truck, quoted on site after a free walkthrough. One number, given before the crew lifts anything, covering labor, loading, hauling and disposal.

Start to Finish

How Your Price Is Set

  1. 1

You tell us what needs to go

Call, text, or book online. A rough description is enough.

  2. 2

The crew walks the job with you

They check what is going out, the path it travels, and what has to come apart.

  3. 3

You get one full price, on site

One number for the whole job, given before anything is touched.

  4. 4

    You approve before anything moves

Work starts only once you say yes. If you say no, there is nothing to pay.

All-In

What the price covers

There is no hourly meter and no separate dump fee at the end. What you are quoted on site is what you pay when the job is done.

  • Labor and the crew's time
  • Carrying items out from wherever they are
  • Loading and hauling
  • Disposal, recycling, and donation drop-offs
  • Sweeping up the space once the load is out

What Moves It

Why two similar jobs can price differently

Every one of these is assessed at the walkthrough, before you are given a number.

How much space it takes

Pricing is by the volume the load occupies in the truck, not by item count and not by the hour. A half-full truck costs less than a full one.

How hard it is to reach

A garage the truck can back up to is different work from a third-floor walk-up or a shed at the end of a long gravel drive. The walkthrough accounts for it before the price is set.

Whether it has to come apart

Sheds, decks, hot tubs, and furniture that will not clear a doorway take disassembly. That is factored in up front rather than added afterwards.

What is in the load

A few materials need special handling or cannot be taken at all. Anything in that category is identified at the walkthrough, never discovered at the invoice.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered

Why does GM Junk Removal not list prices on the website?

Because a number on a page cannot see your job. Two garage cleanouts with the same square footage can differ substantially depending on volume, access, and disassembly. Quoting on site is how the price you are told ends up being the price you pay.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The crew comes out, looks at the job, and gives you a full price at no charge. There is no fee for the visit and no obligation to book.

Can the price change once work starts?

Only if you add to the pile. The quoted number holds for the job that was quoted. If you decide more should go while the crew is there, they will tell you what that adds before touching it.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. There is no hourly meter, so a job that takes longer than expected does not cost more. Pricing is based on volume, not time.

Are dump fees added at the end?

No. Disposal and recycling are already inside the quoted number. There is no separate landfill line added afterwards.

How do I pay?

Once the job is done and the space is clear. Cash, card, and check are all accepted.
